The Founder

Cooltech Corporation is a leading Air Conditioning Company in Bangladesh Since 2005. From the very beginning, we have started our journey with the Residential Type Air Conditioner. Within a couple of years, we have expanded our business and started to serve light commercial to Industrial Air Conditioning solution to our valuable customers.

Cooltech has covered all aspect of work in the area of Mechanical installations including HVAC systems. During this time Cooltech has become specialists in planned preventative installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance.

Departments of Cooltech Corporation

To ensure a smooth working environment, we organized our team to 7 distinguish departments. All the department has a distinct manager of its own, with its unique performance.

Sales & Marketing

With the supervision of Sadek Hossain as a manager of the marketing department, we have 25 people working under him to help you get the best deal in the market. We have highly trained agents who will assist you to get the best sell and supply in the market.

Engineering

Engr. Hafizur Rahman is the chief engineer (HVAC) of this department. 4 more highly qualified Engineers with an engineering degree from renowned engineering colleges are working under him to solve any technical problems.

Maintenance

We have 35 highly trained agents working under Md. Hasan Mizan, who is the manager of this department, to aid you 24/7 in case of an emergency. Feel free to call us anytime in case of any situation arise.

Operation

With Yunus Mea as a manager of this department, 5 people are working under him. He oversees the production of goods and provision of services. They make sure this company is running with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of customers and clients.

HR & Admin

Led by Md. Helal Uddin as General Manager and Mainul Islam as an Assistant General Manager, this department consists of 5 people who are responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing workers. They also handle employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training. Managers plan, direct and coordinate the administrative functions of this organization.

Accounts

Led by Anisur Rahman and MD. Shawkat Ali as the manager of the accounts department of Chittagong and Dhaka consecutively, this section, which is comprised of a total of 5 members, working the whole day to serve you anywhere in Chittagong and Dhaka to help you to get the best deal with your prescribed budget.

Commercial

This department includes the branches of purchase and store & production. 3 people working under the purchase and 20 people are working under the store & production, makes up a total number of 23 people working in this department.
